Cheap Games Australia will only accept returns of unopened software titles. If the software is unopened a refund or an exchange may take place. It will be the responsilbility of the purchaser to return the good to Cheap Games Australia.
Cheap Games Australia will not accept return of any software which is not faulty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods they are purchasing will work on the system for which they are buying for. If a piece of software is found to be faulty, Cheap Games Australia will accept a return of product, provided we are contacted within 48hours of the item being despatched. If we are unable to send a replacement then a refund will be granted.
