Pre-ordering
If a game has not yet been released, you have the option to pre-order it. This means that a copy of the game will be reserved for you and when the game is about to release we will ship it to you immediately. We aim to have your order arrive on your doorstep right on release day. If paying by bank deposit, you do not have to make the payment for the game at the time of your order. Simply proceed with the checkout and we will contact you 5-7 days before the release date for you to complete the payment.
Product Availability
We have stock on the majority of the products listed on this site, especially the more popular titles. If you need confirmation of whether we have stock on hand for a particular product then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will let you know. Please also take into consideration that even a product that isnt currently in stock can usually be made available within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation of any orders costs us time and money. Due to an abuse of this, we now incur a 10% total order fee, on the cancellation of any orders. This means we will refund you 90% of the order total. Please take care and be sure of your ordering.
Lost or Damaged Items In Transit
We trust Australia Post to deliver our products to you quickly and safely. However, in the rare event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not be held liable. We will however, do all we can to help find your parcel if it is lost. This includes lodging complaint forms with Australia Post and having them do a full search for the parcel, and forwarding any compensation from Australia Post onto the customer. Please remember that Express Post has a tracking number, whereas Regular Post does not.
Refunds
If a refund has to be issued it will be processed by Bank Deposit or Paypal as soon as possible.
